Brother Jeffrey Francis is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) candidate originally from Jacksonville, Florida. Having earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science in May 2024, Jeffrey brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to the Omega Xi Chapter. Since his initiation in Spring 2024, he has been a dedicated leader within the fraternity, previously serving as Chapter Parliamentarian where he focused on governance and organizational efficiency.
